Meet the founders of

Grato Creative is a boutique design agency that helps CPG businesses develop, establish, and expand their visual brand identity. We find creative and strategic solutions that resonate with customers and keep them coming back.

With 10+ years of both contract and in-house experience, we understand the creative challenges of marketing and advertising, like low budgets, lack of resources, and constant onboarding of short-term contractors. We develop lasting relationships with our clients and grow together, finding sustainable solutions to these problems.

Brand identity, web design, marketing campaigns, sales support—we do it all. We are your go-to creative powerhouse, making visuals that not only look great, but drive growth.

Matt

Our founding father and team motivator, Matt specializes in all things CPG. With extensive experience in start-ups, he launches and grows brands through impactful creative direction. From POS and line extensions to sell sheets and pitch decks, Matt knows how important it is to create engaging experiences across all touch points.

Outside work, Matt's either hiking or flying a single-engine plane across the horizon.

Kirstyn

Kirstyn is an experienced designer with a background in brand identity, start-up in-house design, web design, and creative direction–she does it all. The driving force behind our team, Kirstyn manages most projects, clients, and deadlines, all while rapidly delivering material and building strong, cohesive brands that resonate with their audiences.

After work, Kirstyn can be found frolicking in a field with her horse and dogs, making her late to various social events.

Jaclyn

Jaclyn is known for her inspired approach to visual storytelling, embracing a client’s personality in her designs. With experience in branding and web design & development, Jaclyn excels at working through complex ideas and organizing information to create effective visual solutions. Her commitment to delivering impactful designs have made her a trusted creative partner.

On weekends, Jaclyn is either on the beach or in the mountains, always humming a tune.

Matt
